By accessing or using Bureau of Coin ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and Bureau of Coin ("we," "us," or "our"), operating from Woodinville, WA. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Bureau of Coin is a web-based grid trading analysis tool that evaluates cryptocurrency coins and outputs grid bot configurations derived from structural analysis of historical price data. The Service provides information and analysis only. It does not execute trades, manage funds, or connect to your exchange accounts.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. The Service is not available to users who have previously been suspended or terminated for violating these Terms.
You must create an account to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep that information updated.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at security@bureauofcoin.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
You may not create multiple accounts. We reserve the right to merge or terminate duplicate accounts.
The Service offers a limited free tier. Features available under the free tier are subject to change at our discretion, with reasonable notice.
Access to full Service features requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, as selected at the time of purchase. All fees are stated in US dollars.
Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize Bureau of Coin to charge your payment method on a recurring basis for the applicable subscription fee until you cancel. You agree to Stripe's terms of service in addition to these Terms.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at privacy@bureauofcoin.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to paid features through that date. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.
We may change subscription pricing at any time. If we increase the price of your current plan, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after the price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing. If you do not accept the new pricing, you may cancel before the change takes effect.
Prices do not include applicable taxes. You are responsible for any sales tax, VAT, or similar tax that applies to your subscription based on your location.
The Service is licensed for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not use the Service, or any outputs generated by it, to build, operate, or support a commercial product or service without our prior written consent.

All content, software, algorithms, design, trademarks, and other materials comprising the Service are owned by Bureau of Coin or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership interest to you.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You retain ownership of any data you submit to the Service, such as coin lists or watchlists. By submitting this data, you grant us a limited license to use it solely to deliver the Service to you.
If you submit suggestions, ideas, or feedback about the Service, you grant us an irrevocable, royalty-free license to use that feedback for any purpose without obligation to you.
The Service provides analytical information and data-driven outputs for informational purposes only. Nothing in the Service constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset.
Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance of any strategy, configuration, or coin is not indicative of future results. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and their consequences. Bureau of Coin is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial institution.
You should conduct your own research and consult a qualified financial professional before making any trading decisions.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at www.bureauofcoin.com/privacy-policy. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
The Service relies on third-party providers including Supabase, Stripe, and Railway. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of these providers. Your use of their services is governed by their respective terms and policies.
The Service fetches publicly available market data from cryptocurrency exchanges. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this data. Exchange APIs may be unavailable, delayed, or subject to change without notice.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be available at any particular time or without interruption. We may suspend or discontinue the Service at any time for maintenance, security, or business reasons. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned downtime but are not obligated to do so.
If we permanently discontinue the Service, we will provide at least 30 days' notice and will not charge you for any subscription period extending beyond the discontinuation date.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, THAT THE SERVICE OR ITS SERVERS ARE FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT THE OUTPUTS GENERATED BY THE SERVICE ARE ACCURATE OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR PURPOSES.
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES. IF THESE LAWS APPLY TO YOU, SOME OR ALL OF THE ABOVE EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BUREAU OF COIN AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, TRADING LOSSES, DATA LOSS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100).
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. IF THESE LAWS APPLY TO YOU, SOME OR ALL OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bureau of Coin and its owners, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
Before initiating arbitration, you agree to contact us at accounts@bureauofcoin.com and give us 30 days to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
If informal resolution fails, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration will be conducted in Snohomish County, Washington, or remotely if both parties agree. The arbitrator's decision will be final and binding.
YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDING WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT AS A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
Either party may seek emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending arbitration. Claims within the jurisdiction of small claims court may be brought there instead of arbitration.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law principles. To the extent a dispute is not subject to arbitration, you consent to exclusive jurisdiction in the state and federal courts located in Snohomish County, Washington.
You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and deleting your account through account settings, or by contacting us at accounts@bureauofcoin.com.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to the Service, other users, or us. Upon termination for cause, any subscription fees already paid are non-refundable.
Upon termination, your license to use the Service ends immediately. Sections 7, 8, 12, 13, 14, 15, and 17 survive termination.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Bureau of Coin regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements on the subject.
We may update these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or prominent notice on the site at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that right or provision.
You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights without restriction.
Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between you and Bureau of Coin.
